What Mr. Weasley and Sirius Should Have Done 〜Harry Potter and the Order of the Phonix〜

In chapter 1, Harry Potter and his nephew, Dudley, are attacked by two dementors but Harry drives them away by his Patronus Charm. However, Ministry of Magic prohibits underage witches from using magic outside their school, so it means he breaks the rule and Harry has to go to a hearing there. While he explains what happened to his uncle and aunt, owls come to his house many times to send letters to him, which makes his family irritated. The letters are from the ministry, of course, and his fan, Mr. Weasley and Sirius. They write almost the same thing; "Do not leave your uncle and aunt's house whatever happens." They are too meaningless, isn't it? He already knows that he should not leave there. Couldn't they write anything worth to him? Why couldn't they give him the information he would be willing to know? If so, they should not have sent him these messages because his family is not wizards and they don't like to hear and see about magic. These messages annoy Harry, too. Only once is enough. I think Mr. Weasley and Sirius lose good behavior. If they were really worried about Harry, they should have written like "well done" or "we're happy you're safe now" or "take care of yourself" first, since not everyone, even adults, can use Patronus Charm.
